I used AutoCAD to create the cone for the top of our rocket. I also used AutoCAD to design a tip for the rocket. I then exported to 3DS Max to lathe and then print the tip. The cone made by me, along with the fins made by my partner will be laser cut and used to complete and launch our bottle rocket.
